What Will You Be Doing?
AD Ports Group needs someone who can manage ship operations in a certain area. Your job is to make sure the ships work well, follow all safety rules, and meet the standards of the maritime industry.
You will take care of the day-to-day running of the fleet and help with local and international marine projects.

Noatum works across many countries and manages over 250 ships. They provide a wide range of services for anything related to sea transport. They’re known for offering complete solutions for marine operations.
What Will Your Main Tasks Be?
Here’s what you will be doing in this role:
- Handle a fleet of vessels that support marine work globally.
- Take care of crew management, equipment, finance, and safety.
- Make sure all ships are ready and safe for projects, including those outside the country.
- Work with top managers to suggest better ways to improve operations.
- Lead the team and bring in new technology and training to make things better.
- Ensure all marine operations meet safety rules at the 8 ports run by AD Ports.
- Keep performance high by checking ship readiness and following standard procedures.
What Skills and Experience Do You Need?
To apply, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Naval Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- More than 10 years of experience in fleet operations in the maritime field.
- Strong skills in leadership, teamwork, and communication.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a bonus).
- A customer-first attitude and good problem-solving skills.
